With a degree in accounting and management, Edouard joined the European Parliament in 2004 as a parliamentary assistant, working mainly on information and communication technologies, SMEs, industrial policies and energy issues.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the European Parliament’s decision-making mechanisms and his understanding of business needs, he has acquired particular expertise in developing methodologies to ensure that business objectives are taken into account. Edouard co-founded and managed Europtimum Conseil, where he worked on risk management and issues related to strategic corporate communication via social media.

In 2024, Edouard and Arcturus Group / Stratégies & Publics joined forces, before joining Forward Global in 2025.
