Luke DiMaggio is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Forward Risk, and a Partner of Forward Global.

Luke helps lead Forward Risk’s Investigations & Disputes and Investor Due Diligence practice areas.

A former lawyer himself, Luke works with attorneys to craft investigative plans for legal matters, arming Forward Risk clients with the information needed to advance their legal positions.

He also assists investment firms, including private equity firms and family offices, by leading pre-transaction background investigations into the principals and executives of clients’ target companies.

Prior to co-founding Forward Risk, Luke and Brendan Foo co-led the research team conducting pre-IPO due diligence and private equity due diligence at a risk advisory firm.

He oversaw public records investigations of hundreds of public board directors and executives. Luke started his career practicing commercial litigation in Atlanta, GA.
