Forward Global is honored to work alongside Camila and Matthew McConaughey and the just keep livin Foundation to launch the Greenlights Grant Initiative, a first-of-its-kind program focused on raising awareness about school safety grants, equipping school districts with resources and tools for successful applications, and ensuring continuous and more equitable federal funding for school safety.
Following last year’s tragic shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX, Forward Global worked with Camila and Matthew McConaughey on their trip to Washington, DC, where they met with bipartisan Members of Congress and delivered an impassioned speech from the White House. Their trip culminated in the passage of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, signed into law by President Biden in June 2022, which allocated billions of dollars to school districts across the country.
GGI creates a necessary bridge between available federal resources and school districts. Through GGI, school districts will receive critical resources, including toolkits, webinars, and grantwriting services.
