Goudet Abalé holds a degree in geopolitics from Sciences Po Lille and in international economics from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS). He is a Senior Consultant at 35°Nord. Prior to joining 35°Nord, Goudet worked in public affairs in France (National Assembly [Paris, FR], parliamentary office) and in Côte d’Ivoire (Ministry of Justice [Abidjan, CI], Minister’s office) as well as in communications (digital agency CartelTech). At 35°Nord, he supports institutional clients (Presidency of Congo, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Congo, Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo & UNICEF), and in the health (Biogaran), cybersecurity (Cyber Africa Forum, International Cybersecurity Forum), and consumer goods (BRASCO, La Compagnie Sucrière) sectors. A significant portion of his clients is based in the Congo Basin region, where he resided from January 2021 to February 2022 in order to develop 35°Nord’s activities there. He is now responsible for the 35°Congo subsidiary, made up of a team of three other consultants. Goudet was vice-president of the Model United Nations (MUN) association at Sciences Po Lille, after winning two jury awards at the MUN at Harvard University in 2016 and 2017 (Boston, USA). He is an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN), Communication Manager of Ciberobs – Make Africa Safe & Cyber Africa Forum, and Treasurer of the French Federation of Blockchain Professionals.
