As a senior consultant at Forward since 2016, Paymon specializes in the geopolitical, socioeconomic, and regulatory issues of the Middle East and Africa, where he has helped numerous clients with their risk management and compliance concerns as well as their international expansion and investment projects.

A graduate of the University of Maryland and the George Washington University in the United States, Paymon started his career in Washington, DC, where he worked with the federal government (notably with the Department of Commerce) and managed projects focused on human rights and civil society issues in the Middle East.
