After the first part of an 18-year career in the service of the French Armed Forces, as an expert then director of electronic warfare programs at the DGA, then director of Steria’s defense and security activities, Vincent joined CEIS in 2012 to head up development. In particular, he has worked on the development of the FIC (now Forum InCyber) which has since become Europe’s leading digital trust event. He is now in charge of international events in the field, including the InCyber Forums North America and Americas, in Montreal and San Antonio respectively. His extensive international network gives him a keen insight into the dynamics of this constantly evolving sector. Vincent is a weapons engineer and an IHEDN auditor.
