Victor is a Director in Public Affairs. Trained in political science following a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, he began his career during a presidential campaign, then worked within a political party and at the French National Assembly, where he developed an in-depth understanding of parliamentary processes.

In 2020, he joined Publicis Consultants to support stakeholders in the transport and energy sectors, building a strategic approach rooted in legislative monitoring and a practical understanding of public decision-making.

At Stratégies&Publics, he advises clients from a variety of sectors — including energy, agri-food, digital, and social security — and designs influence strategies tailored to their regulatory challenges, institutional positioning, and economic development goals.
