A graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques in Aix-en-Provence and holder of a postgraduate degree in Commerce and Marketing, Steven began his career within a political party and alongside prominent political figures at the National Assembly and within the French Government.

He later moved into public affairs consulting, co-founding and developing several firms specialized in influence strategy. After selling his business in 2018, he became Vice President at Publicis Consultants. In 2023, he launched a new consultancy, Stratégies & Publics, which joined the Forward Global group in 2025.

Steven advises companies and professional organizations on managing their institutional relations, and counsels several business leaders on sensitive or strategic matters. The team he leads at Forward Global operates in France, at the European level, as well as in Germany and other key EU member states.
