As Human Resources Director for Forward Global, Helzy Diaz leads the U.S. human capital strategy supporting the global risk management client services workforce in Washington, D.C., Miami, and New York. Reporting directly to Alexis Spencer, Deputy CEO for the Group, she executes an HR strategy aligned with the Group’s business objectives and supports Forward Global’s expansion in the U.S. market.

Helzy oversees all core HR functions—including recruitment, talent development, retention, payroll, benefits, and compensation—for a growing team of 70+ staff across the U.S. She collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, and senior leadership to ensure workforce operations run smoothly and align with organizational goals.

A trusted advisor to leadership, Helzy aligns the U.S. people strategy with Forward Global’s group-wide goals, supporting business growth, culture, and talent development. She also contributes to strategic planning and executive decision-making through structured human capital policies.

Helzy holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, University College, underpinning her expertise in talent strategy.
