Steven serves as General Counsel, U.S. for Forward Global, where he leads the company’s U.S. legal organization.  In his role, Steven is responsible for day-to-day operations of all legal matters in the U.S. and provides strategic legal counsel to the company’s leadership.  Steven brings more than a decade of legal experience in corporate governance and strategy, finance, compliance, risk mitigation, and business transactions.  Before joining Forward Global, Steven served as General Counsel for a national real estate investment firm.  Earlier in his career, Steven was an attorney with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and GrayRobinson, P.A.

Steven holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University.
