Vlad is the Managing Partner of Forward Global’s Brussels office, with a specialism in policy communications. His background is in strategic communications, supporting clients navigating regulatory challenges at the European and international level, and managing campaigns on five continents in six priority languages. He has a strong understanding of European decision making and deep policy expertise, providing counsel to a wide array of sectors, such as metals and mining, telecom, food policy & agriculture, transport, digital policy. 
Before joining Forward Global in 2014, Vlad worked for the German Marshall Fund (Bucharest office), the Center for Conflict Prevention, and Early Warning, a leading Romanian think tank. He holds an MA in Conflict Analysis and Resolution as well as a second MA in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. Vlad is trilingual in French, English, and Romanian.
