With a Master’s degree in private business law and a Master’s 2 (DESS) in geopolitics, international security, and economic intelligence, Sébastien joined the French Ministry of the Armed Forces General Directorate for Armaments in 2005, where he carried out a number of missions in support of defense equipment exports to countries in North Africa and the Middle East.
Sébastien joined the French National Agency for Information Systems Security (ANSSI) in 2012, where he successively held the positions of Project Manager for the Cybersecurity Plan of the New Industrial France launched by the French President in 2013, and Deputy Office Manager of the ANSSI’s Industrial Policy and Assistance Office.
In January 2019, Sébastien joined the strategy and risk management consultancy CEIS as deputy director of the Cyberdefense business in charge of operations, before taking over as head of CSIRT LEXFO in May 2020.
