Allison R. Shely holds a B.A. in political science, and an M. A. in linguistics, both from Boston College, both with a focus on Russia studies. Her research interests include mass movements, combating radicalization, and disaster mitigation. In her free time, Allison enjoys practicing her Russian language skills, singing in a choir, knitting, and crocheting.
