Christopher Darroch is a Director at Forward Risk, where, in addition to leading and executing investigative due diligence projects, he helps oversee the firm’s training operations and internship program. Chris has gained extensive experience in all of Forward Risk’s practice areas with a particular focus on corporate contests. He has worked on multiple high-stakes proxy battles, providing critical information for both activist shareholders and the legal counsel of companies under attack. He also has experience conducting Spanish-language research. In addition, Chris helps on-board new Forward Risk team members and works directly with several of the firm’s clients.
Chris joined Forward Risk in January 2017 as the company’s first intern. He subsequently joined the team full-time as an associate in May 2017. He was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2019, and Associate Director in December 2020. In addition to his roles at Forward Risk, Chris is a co-founder of the JLGT Foundation, a non-profit formed in September 2020 with the goal of supporting rural underserved communities and schools. He enjoys drumming and creative writing.
