Guillaume joined Forward Global in January 2022. He provides strategic analysis and intelligence in a variety of policy areas ranging from environmental and industrial policy to audiovisual, trade and taxation. Guillaume graduated from McGill University (Canada) in Political Science and International Development and holds a Masters’ degree in Political Science from Columbia University (USA), focusing on International Relations. After an internship at the UN Headquarters, he became a trainee at the Council of the EU, in the Directorate-general for External Relations. He was also the assistant of the Ambassador of Japan to the EU for two years. In addition to his native French, Guillaume is fluent in English and Spanish, has a professional working knowledge of Japanese and a good understanding of Italian and Portuguese.
