Vlad is a Partner in charge of policy communications & digital communications at Forward Global, working out of the Paris and Brussels offices. His background is in strategic communications, supporting clients navigating regulatory challenges at European and international level, managing campaigns on five continents and six priority languages. 
Before joining Forward Global in 2014, Vlad worked for the German Marshall Fund (Bucharest office), the Center for Conflict Prevention, and Early Warning, a leading Romanian think tank. He holds an MA in Conflict Analysis and Resolution as well as a second MA in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. Vlad is trilingual in French, English, and Romanian.
