Christophe is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques in Aix-en-Provence and holds two postgraduate degrees (in Human Resources Management and Business Administration).

He began his career as an advisor to Senator Jean Puech for four years, before moving into local government in the Paris region. He served for eight years as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Nogent-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne) starting in 2000, and later to the MP-Mayor of Poissy (Yvelines) until 2008.

Christophe joined the public affairs consultancy Domaines Publics in early 2009, then co-led the Public Affairs division of Publicis Consultants for two years starting in 2018. At Stratégies & Publics / Forward Global, he specializes in local and regional public affairs. He advises clients on their relationships with local public decision-makers, commercial development in regional territories, and responses to public tenders in sectors such as construction, real estate development, transport, water and sanitation, engineering, and energy.

He also conducts training sessions on preparing for hearings and marketing offers. Additionally, Christophe lectures in initial and continuing education programs, notably at Sciences Po Executive Education and CentraleSupélec.
