Clara Rappe joined Forward Global’s Brussels office as a European Union affairs consultant in January 2026. Prior to this, she had professional experience with the Institut Français en Inde, the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the United Nations in New York and lastly with EEAS where she supported the office of the EU Special Representative for the EU-facilitated dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. At Forward Global, she contributes to projects in the fields of trade, sanctions, anti-dumping cases, European foreign policy and geopolitical analysis.

Clara holds two master’s degrees in European Governance and in International Relations and Development from Sciences Po Strasbourg and Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). She is Belgian-British and is fluent in English, French, has working knowledge of Dutch and Spanish and currently learning Mandarin Chinese.
