Léa joined the European office of Forward Global in April 2023 as an analyst. She contributes to projects in diplomacy, defence, security and cyber sectors, in support of public-sector clients such as the European Defence Agency (EDA) and the European External Action Service (EEAS).

Léa holds a master’s degree in management from the ESSEC Business School with a specialisation in geopolitics and negotiations and a law degree. During her studies, she worked for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Permanent Representation of France to the OSCE in Vienna, Austria.

Léa is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
