After 4 years training in crisis and legal communications at Vae Solis Communications, Valentin Ducros spent 2 years as press and communications advisor to Éric Dupond-Moretti, Minister of Justice. During this time, he was in charge of the Minister’s communications strategy for a number of crisis issues, as well as for a legal proceeding (Cour de Justice de la République). He was in constant contact with members of the judicial press association. 

Valentin was previously press and communications officer in the cabinet of Laurence Rossignol, Minister for Families, Children and Women’s Rights (2016-2017), then parliamentary assistant to Laurence Rossignol in the Senate (2017-2018).  

He joined Forward Global’s DGM Conseil in March 2024 as Director.
