Before joining Forward Global, Siniona was a parliamentary assistant in the French Senate, where she was following the Law Committee for an influential senator. She then worked as a parliamentary assistant in the European Parliament, involved with the work of the Legal Affairs Committee (JURI). 

Siniona holds a Master’s degree in European Governance from Science-Po Grenoble.
