Kyle Boulia is a senior communications leader with deep experience shaping global media strategy and safeguarding brand reputation at the highest levels of business, entertainment, and public life.

Most recently, he served as Press Secretary to Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and as Director of Communications for Archewell, where he helped lead international press operations, crisis response, global launches, and major philanthropic initiatives across both personal and organizational platforms.

Previously, Kyle was a senior communications executive at United Talent Agency, where he led communications across more than 20 business verticals and supported the agency’s multiyear expansion through major acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He also helped oversee crisis communications and media strategy for UTA’s executive leadership, agents, and high-profile clients, while advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including LGBTQIA+ leadership efforts.

Earlier in his career, Kyle led communications campaigns across corporate, entertainment, nonprofit, hospitality, and consumer sectors.
