Thibault holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law and Political Science from the Institut Catholique de Paris (ICP), followed by a work-study Master’s degree in Political Science, Influence, and Public Affairs at the University of Paris-Saclay.

After an initial experience within the parliamentary team of a Member of Parliament from the Yvelines region, he joined the consulting firm Stratégies&Publics in May 2023 as a work-study associate.

In March 2025, Thibault became a Consultant at Forward Global – Stratégies&Publics, where he supports influence strategies and institutional relations for stakeholders in the digital, healthcare, and housing sectors.
