Norberto joined Forward Global’s Brussels office Chemicals Practice in January  2025. Norberto focuses his work on the main pieces of EU chemicals legislation (REACH & CLP) in close coordination with scientific and legal teams. Norberto has led advocacy projects on substances such as PFAS, plastics additives, minerals and solvents. Norberto’s experience goes beyond chemicals legislation and includes as well as product-legislation such as Food Contact Materials, RoHS, or food additives. He has supported legal teams in litigation in the European Court of Justice  and appeals to ECHA’s Board of Appeal. Prior to joining Forward Global Norberto worked for 5 years in Burson (2021-2026).
