Graduate in law and journalism, and after several African experiences in the media (Burundi radio station’s creation, presenter at “Radio France Internationale” then deputy editor-in-chief at Jeune Afrique), Philippe acquired the conviction that the continent’s development relies in particular on promoting its economic potential and accompanying decision-makers, both public and private, in order to spread a new African narrative in media spheres, decision-making ecosystems and the digital space.
