She leads cross-border investigations in high-risk and under-researched jurisdictions leveraging deep regional expertise, multilingual OSINT capabilities, and a strong track record of discreet source engagement. Her focus spans reputational risk, sovereign and quasi-sovereign entities, politically exposed persons, state-owned enterprises, and opaque financial networks.

Shivangi brings a hybrid background that blends public and private sector experience, with prior roles at the World Bank and leading risk consultancies. Her experience includes uncovering corruption and procurement fraud in donor-financed infrastructure projects, as well as advising clients on pre-transactional exposure tied to hidden ownership, political affiliations, and hard-to-trace counterparties across sectors such as energy, telecommunications, education, fintech, and transportation.

Outside of work, Shivangi sits on the DC steering committee of the Human Rights Commission, writes about pop culture and the intersection of global narratives, and takes her board game nights very seriously.
