Alexis is the group’s managing director in charge of strategy implementation and governance. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A’s, Alexis joined Forward Global in April 2020 as Group Chief Financial Officer to support the company in its external growth and structuring. After starting his career with KPMG in auditing, then in Transactional Services (due diligence for acquisitions and disposals), he held several CFO positions within SMEs and worked for 10 years in the DCC Group (London-listed group, FTSE 100) as “Continental Europe Finance & Development Director” for the IT division (Exertis) and “Finance & Operations Director” for Exertis France & Iberia. Alexis is a graduate of the Ecole de Management de Normandie and holds a B.A. Honours in International Business and Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University. He also graduated in 2015 from the Executive Accelerated Development Program (Transition to Management) at London Business School.
