Co-Organizer of FIC and ID Forum. After studying international relations, Guillaume Tissier began his career as a journalist specializing in economic and legal affairs, before becoming a consultant at DATOPS, a firm specializing in data mining solutions. He joined CEIS when it was founded in 1997 to develop its business intelligence and risk management units. Since 2013, he has headed the InCyber Forum. In this capacity, he has extensive experience in communications aimed at the digital ecosystem. He also leads strategic studies on digital issues for the French Ministry of Defense. Chairman of CEIS since 2018, he became a partner at CEIS-Forward Global when the two firms merged in January 2020. He is also the author of numerous publications on digital space security issues. He has also co-written a novel (Opération Fiat Lux, Editions du Rocher, 2002).
