Romain Grandjean

After co-founding the communications agency 35°Nord in 2012, we joined the Forward Global group in 2021. My work is built on three pillars, all of which have the same common denominator: being at the heart of the reactor. The first of these entails creating the conditions for our agency, 35°Nord, to continue the growth trajectory it has maintained since it was first established. We now have around 40 consultants who need to be sent out, brought onto projects, and supported. The second part of my mission within the group consists of running our public relations division together with my fellow partners. This part of the company has several hundred clients who rely on us to design their communications strategies, anticipate their communications needs, manage media and reputational risks, and interact with a set of clearly defined stakeholders. Finally, the third leg of my work is based on creating cross-functional initiatives within the group, such as by connecting our clients with our Compliance & Investigation teams for additional support or by integrating a media or informational dimension to our cyber crisis exercises.
I see Forward Global as a highly entrepreneurial, mission-driven group.
