Cesare Fragomeni is a Brussels-based Director specializing in public affairs strategies for the technology sector. As an Associate Director at Forward Global, he supports innovation leaders in understanding and navigating the European Union’s complex regulatory landscape.
His background is defined by a dual expertise at the intersection of EU institutions and the private sector. He began his career at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Trade (DG TRADE), where he developed a strong command of EU trade and regulatory policies. He later joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the public affairs department, focusing on issues related to cloud infrastructure and digital regulation.
Today, Cesare holds a strategic role as Head of Secretariat of the European Tech Alliance (EUTA).
