Patrice Lambert- de Diesbach is a highly respected expert in Investor Relations & Financial Communication, with 15 years’ experience in CAC 40 companies, including at Orange from October 2011 to April 2024 and at Carrefour from April 2010 to October 2011. This expertise has been rewarded by several successive rankings (Institutional Investor & Extel previously) regularly since 2019, in the top 3 (ranked from 1st to 3rd place) for best European Investor Relations Directors within the European Telecoms sector. Prior to this, he spent around 18 years in the equity capital markets, including 9 years as deputy-Head, Co-Head and then Head of Equity Research (Crédit Mutuel CIC Securities), after several years’ experience as a financial analyst covering a wide range of industrial sectors (utilities, capital goods, defence, automotive, small & mid cap) at various brokers (Exane, UBS/Warburg, Deutsche Bank, HSBC/James Capel). He previously worked as an equity salesman and began his career in auditing (KPMG/Peat Marwick and Mazars). Educational background includes 1993 CIAA (Certified International Investment Analyst), 1992 CNAM (Master de Finance de Marché), 1984 Sciences Po Paris (EcoFi-Finances & Fiscalité), 1982 Université Paris X (licence d’économie/économétrie).

Patrice Lambert- de Diesbach has also been very active in corporate governance, having held several Board of directors positions in listed companies (Orange Polska in Warsaw: July 2016-July 2023, Orange Belgium in Brussels: May 2014-January 2019), Chairman positions of audit committees (CFOB Compagnie Financière Orange Bank: November 2020-March 2024, Diabeloop: June 2019-June 2023). He also held Boards of directors of unlisted companies (Courbet July 2019 to date, Orange Bank: June 2019-March 2024) and Boards of directors of professional associations or non-profit organisations (CLIFF: May 2014-June 2024, Confrontations Europe: January 2005-October 2015, SFAF “Société Française des Analystes Financiers” February 2008-November 2012).
