Philippe BOU NADER is a Senior Consultant at Forward Global. He previously worked more than 5 years at Kroll’s Forensic Investigations and Intelligence practice, spending 3.5 years at the firm’s Dubai office covering the Gulf area, the wider Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia.

Philippe’s core areas of expertise and experience include investigative due diligences on large conglomerates and businesses in emerging markets, especially in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Central Asian countries, and financial investigations in relation to alleged frauds and wrongdoings, especially via complex webs of shell companies and fake vendors/suppliers.

Philippe supports law firms and other relevant stakeholders in their litigations by conducting cross-border asset tracings and fact-finding investigations in support of their litigation/arbitration strategy.
