Liam Boylan is a consultant in Forward Global’s Brussels office. Prior to joining Forward, Liam worked as a competition lawyer in the London and Brussels offices of two international law firms. In private practice, he advised clients on merger control, cartel investigations and foreign direct investment matters, and represented clients in proceedings before competition regulators in the EU, the UK and the U.S. He also spent time on secondment to the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority, assisting on a range of Phase 1 and Phase 2 mergers and a cartel investigation. Liam speaks English, French and Italian.
