Charles Carr is a Partner at Forward Global and a globally recognised expert in risk advisory, investigations, and crisis management. Over a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years, he has led and delivered complex, high-stakes assignments across multiple jurisdictions for multinational corporations, global investors, financial institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to Forward Global, he was the founder of C&F Partners, a specialist boutique created to assemble best-in-class expertise to help clients protect critical assets, safeguard reputations, manage regulatory and litigation risk, and respond effectively to crises.

Earlier in his career, Charles was a founding partner of K2 Intelligence and served as Head of EMEA, playing a pivotal role in establishing the firm as a leading global risk consulting and investigations business.

Charles spent 15 years at Kroll Associates, where he rose to become Global Head of Fraud & Corruption Investigations. In this role, he led many of the firm’s most complex, cross-border investigations involving allegations of fraud, bribery, corruption, and serious financial misconduct. In addition, he held senior regional leadership roles, heading Kroll’s operations across Southern Europe, Mexico, and the Middle East, giving him deep operational and cultural expertise in challenging and high-risk markets.
