As head of the Compliance & Investigation department, Ling now helps the firm’s clients to reduce the risks of non-compliance with French and international laws and regulations (Sapin 2 Act, UKBA, FCPA, Duty of Vigilance…), to inform their decisions and to gain a better understanding of their markets and stakeholders. She has almost 20 years of experience in compliance, due diligence (integrity, reputational, and ESG), market intelligence, and investigations, having headed the economic intelligence department at Risk&Co before developing her own independent consulting activities. She has carried out and managed assignments for major industrial and service groups, banks, investment funds, and law firms in France and abroad. Ling is a graduate of Science Po Bordeaux and the Ecole de Guerre Economique, as well holding a degree in Compliance Officer from Université Paris 2 – Panthéon Assas and in Financial Analysis from HEC.
