Hugh Laurence is a Senior Analyst and Middle East lead in the London office, having previously worked at the investigation firms C & F Partners and Kroll before joining Forward Global. He is a fluent Arabic speaker and specializes in cases with touch points in the Levant. Prior to his career in the corporate intelligence sector, he worked as a researcher and editor at the Beirut-based think tank Synaps Network. He studied Arabic Language and Literature at the Qasid Arabic Institute in Amman, and received an MA in Politics and Philosophy, with a focus on Middle Eastern politics, from Edinburgh University.
