Julia is an EU Public Affairs Consultant at Forward Global. Before joining the Brussels team, she worked at the European Commission as a Bluebook trainee within DG COMP and at the European Investment Bank focusing on digital technologies and manufacturing industries. She began her career with an internship at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, gaining early exposure to a highly international and multilateral environment.

Julia holds a degree in International Relations and a Master’s in Public Policy Analysis, having studied at the University of Geneva and at Bocconi University in Milan. Originally from the Canary Islands, Julia is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
