After several political experiences at the National Assembly and as a special advisor in the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories, Romain Mouton founded RM Conseil in 2010, a consultancy firm with a focus on positive impact.

As an expert in strategic communication and the organization of high-influence events, he has been supporting committed individuals for nearly two decades. Like the leaders who trust him, he firmly believes that business can change the world.

In 2024, Romain joined Forward Global as a partner.

He also chairs the Cercle de Giverny, a unique think tank that brings together companies, decision-makers, and civil society on the topic of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Each year, the Cercle organizes the Giverny Forum, the leading event for sustainable businesses. Under his leadership, the Cercle also created the Giverny x Le Point Ranking, which annually highlights 50 young committed leaders, as well as the Club of CSR-engaged Board Members. Lastly, the Cercle publishes 30 new proposals each year to accelerate ecological and social transformation. These proposals outline the major trends in CSR and provide stakeholders with ideas and tools to advance on this essential issue of our time.
