Paul Sebastian is a Managing Director at Forward Risk based in Washington, DC. At Forward Risk, Paul focuses on complex, bespoke investigations; deep/dark web research; and experimenting with new OSINT techniques. Paul has a working proficiency in Chinese, German, and Ancient Greek (which he hopes to use in at least one investigation).
Prior to joining Forward Risk, he served as a Targeting Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency and a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department in DC. Paul lives on a small farm in the Shenandoah Valley, where he has horses, goats, and chickens.
