Talia Hill is a Managing Director at Forward Global, where she sits at the intersection of public affairs, digital strategy, and creator engagement. She brings deep experience navigating high-stakes policy environments, protecting brand reputation, and driving strategic communications from narrative development to crisis response.

Before joining Forward Global, Talia spearheaded advocacy efforts at TikTok that were instrumental in keeping the platform operating in the United States, one of the most closely watched tech policy battles in recent memory. Her work spanned grassroots creator mobilization, earned media, and reputation management across one of the most scrutinized platforms in the world.

Prior to TikTok, she oversaw public affairs and community relations at Dell Technologies, deepening the company’s ties to the communities it serves while managing risk across a global brand. Earlier in her career, she advised clients at an Austin-based public affairs firm on state and local policy, with a focus on economic development that helped shape growth in one of the country’s fastest-rising cities.

Talia holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin — a foundation that informs her instinct for clear, persuasive communication in even the most complex arenas. Away from the office, she’s a die-hard Longhorns fan who will never miss a game day.
